We are closely monitoring and following the recommendations and guidelines set out by the Government and our Public Health authorities .
Our Service Engineers
Our install & service engineers are fully trained and equipped to continue operating as normal during visits to your home. They are following all the procedures of the Sector Alarm Health & Safety policy which is aligned with the guidelines provided by the authorities.
Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and Call Centre Operations
As a contingency plan, the appropriate technical measures have been put in place to ensure the continuity of our core departments such as our Alarm Receiving Centre and Customer Support. The activity of these areas of the company is essential and is considered so by the governments, therefore we will continue to provide a quality service.
Thus, we ask that if you have been recently visited by one of our security experts and you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or if you have been in direct contact with a person affected, please inform us so that we can take the appropriate measures.
